A few pics and short video showing just how hard it was snowing. Looks lovely and for once wasn’t bitterly cold.

Nice photos. They remind me of how beautiful trees are when they are dressed in snow.

One of the most memorable examples of sheer joy is a puppy’s first experience of snow. They seem to go bonkers. My first beagle, back in my Ottawa days, would leap into the snow and vanish only to come bounding back up a bit later to repeat the process, each time moving forward a matter of inches.
I was looking at some snow photos from Tobermory and the Bruce peninsula. They’ve got 3-metre drifts across their roads and another drifting snow storm en route. Having lived out on the wet coast for 30+ years, getting snowed in is a distant memory although I did tend to enjoy it – for the first two days at least.
Stay warm.
