Anglicans and same sex marriage

Tom Dobbs: [at a presidental debate] You want an amendment against same sex marriage! Anyone who’s ever been married knows it’s always the same sex!

Discussion on this issue was started in 2004, at that time it was thought maybe someone with a brain could be found in 2007, and now many would like to make the decision, to make the decision, sometime in 2010.

I guess at the very least you can credit them for not mistaking bigotry with infallibility.

This isn’t really even about marriage per se. It is simply to agree to bless the people in a same sex union who have been married in a civil ceremony.

This is the same church that offers pet blessings.

I guess they should have thought about the slippery slope from blessing animals to blessing gays.
