Remember the fun of making your own Valentines?
Well even if you don’t, here’s your chance.
Go here print them out, share them with friends and coworkers.
Don’t let Harper be the only one in the house with no Valentines on his desk.
Speak your mind even if your voice shakes

Actually I’m only half joking.
I’ve seen some good posts this morning I would really like to read if only blogger wasn’t on another of their outages.
Reasons to switch (not a Top Ten list ;D )
1.better templates
2.greater flexibility in layout
3.better feeds
4. more reliable
5.better support/easier to find answers
Those are just some of the reasons, and moving isn’t hard.
I believe wordpress.com has upgraded to 2.1 so from your dashboard you go to manage>>Import>>click on blogger enter your password and it imports all your posts and comments.
Easy peasy.
At least set up a FREE wordpress.com account so you can check out the platform and see how easy it is.
So Ban Blogger….who’s with me?

Post 9/11 seems to have become code for “We’re stupid, paranoid, overzealous idiots”
“Everyone can play a part by holding Turner Broadcasting to account for today’s events,” Suffolk District Attorney Daniel Conley said. “Viewers, advertisers, license holders, can and should make clear to them this sort of behavior is reckless, irresponsible and illegal.”
“Commerce was disrupted, transportation routes were paralyzed, residents were stranded and relatives across the nation were in fear for their loved ones in the city of Boston,” Conley said.
Two men have been arrested and a lawsuit is pending against Turner broadcasting, all over an advertising stunt.
Boxes resembling Light Brights were set up in strategic locations to promote the Cartoon Network show, Aqua Teen Hunger Force.

It remains a mystery as to why a full security alert was called on Wednesday over advertising devices that had been present in Boston – and other major US cities including Atlanta, Philadelphia, New York and Los Angeles – for the past two weeks, although Coakley attributed it to the devices having a “very sinister appearance” and “wires”.
OMG!!! WTF!!!!!111!! BBQ!!!111!! It’s got wires run!!!!!!!11

Dr. David McKeown and members of Toronto’s board of health want the province to increase social assistance rates to include a “nutrition allowance” to help the poor pay for healthy meals.
Dr. Mckeown points out that a basic food basket for a family of four costs $538.43 a month.
Contrast this with the amount given to MPs to cover four days a week of food expense.
This means MPs in Ottawa four days a week during the time the House of Commons sits can get more than $17,000 a year in the form of meal money to use to pay their mortgages. And it is absolutely, unquestionably and inarguably wrong.*

This is more specifically about blogging but really could relate to anything.
10. Top Ten lists are narrow in scope.
There are various points of view, methods of approach, writing styles, etc, to choose ten requires too narrow a focus.
9. Top Ten lists focus on too few issues
There are so many issues (politics, gender issues, aid, policy, parenting) to create a top ten requires ignoring issues
8. Top Ten lists are often made up of friends or sucking up
7. Top Ten lists are like High School Cool Kids Klubs
6. Top Ten lists are boring ( well not this one 😉 ) [Read more…] about Top Ten Reasons why Top Ten Lists Suck

OTTAWA — Conservative attack ads fired at Liberal Leader Stephane Dion may end up sideswiping the ruling party after questions were raised about possible breach of copyright laws.
The television ads, which began airing Monday, use footage from last fall’s Liberal leadership debates to deliver the message that the new Grit leader is weak, indecisive and an environmental failure. But that footage belongs to a consortium of TV networks which pooled their resources to provide live coverage of the debates. The Cable Public Affairs Channel provided the pool camera for each debate.
The networks are now looking into how the Conservatives obtained the debate footage for their ads.
